Gabriel Zepeda
While many kids spent their summers at camp or playing video games, Gabriel spent his time working alongside his father, supporting the family ranch and landscaping business. At eight years old, laying heavy, freshly watered sod. Gabriel’s father saw him struggle to lift the heavy sod and said something that stuck with him for life:
“You don’t like this? Stay in school and make a living using your head, not your back.”
Gabriel took that advice to heart and earned a degree in Bioengineering with a minor in Chemistry from UC Merced, then transitioned to Santa Barbara as an engineer at Raytheon Technologies. Through engineering, discipline, and long-term thinking, Gabriel was able to invest in two rental properties serving the UC Merced community, sparking a deep passion for real estate.
He has been fully immersed as an investor for the past two years and has transitioned into real estate full-time as a Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman of California, Inc. As a young and driven Real Estate Agent, Gabriel brings innovative marketing strategies, cutting-edge technology, and a modern perspective to the industry.
