Adam McKaig
Adam McKaig was born in Santa Barbara. His adoration for Santa Barbara started at an early age with his passion for the wonderful outdoor activities that Santa Barbara has to offer: world-class hiking trails, surfing, motorcycling, and fresh and saltwater fishing.
Adam's only time away from Santa Barbara was during his college education and a few years of doing business in Los Angeles, after which he returned to Santa Barbara and never looked back. He started a career in sales and had two daughters who are 7th-generation Santa Barbarians. Adam's devotion to Santa Barbara and his family values, coupled with his strong negotiating skills, have made him continually one of Santa Barbara's top Real Estate agents for well over 2 decades.
Adam has received numerous awards for his sales accomplishments and community involvement over the years, including the 'Heart of the Community' award from Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex in 2023. Adam Co-founded 'Adam's Angels' in 2020 due to Santa Barbara's shutdown at the onset of the pandemic. It is one of Santa Barbara's most notable non-profits that assists the underserved and is still going strong.
Adam can measure his Real Estate sales success by the numerous clients who have bought and sold properties multiple times with him. Adam is affiliated with the Santa Barbara Board of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
